With Gratitude — Odo Retains Its Two Michelin Stars

We are honored and humbled to be recognized once again by the MICHELIN Guide with two Michelin stars.

This acknowledgment reflects the dedication, discipline, and passion of our entire team—and the trust and encouragement of our guests.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the MICHELIN Guide, to our devoted team led by Chef Hiroki Odo, and to our guests who inspire us every day. At Odo, our mission has always been about more than excellence—it’s about connection. Through our cuisine, service, and space, we strive to bridge cultures and offer a genuine encounter with the spirit of Japan.

At Odo, we believe that each day’s work builds the foundation for tomorrow.
By sourcing exceptional ingredients, honoring tradition, and delivering authentic Japanese hospitality, we aspire to offer an experience that connects people and cultures through cuisine.

Our vision extends beyond fine dining. Through our ZEN and Japanese Vegan Breakfast Workshop, we share the mindfulness and balance at the heart of Japanese culture. And with the launch of Odo at Home on November 20th, we invite you to discover a curated selection of antique ceramics, fine teas, artisanal tableware, and handcrafted lifestyle pieces that embody Chef Hiroki Odo’s philosophy of quiet luxury.

Looking ahead, we are delighted to announce Odo East Village, opening in early 2026. Designed as a “kaiseki izakaya,” this intimate, entirely gluten-free restaurant celebrates rice as a central theme—blending the artistry of kaiseki with the warmth and conviviality of an izakaya to create an inviting new destination in New York City.

Thank you for continuing this journey with us.
