Osechi by Odo 2026, a limited-edition New Year’s feast handcrafted by Two-Michelin-Star Chef Hiroki Odo. Using only the finest seasonal ingredients, Chef Odo presents an elegant and traditional Japanese Osechi that celebrates the beauty, flavors, and spirit of the New Year.

This exclusive offering is limited to 50 orders and

portioned for four people for $580.

An by Annn Made in New York and shaped by Japanese artisanship, Annn’s white bean paste is crafted fresh each batch by hand-peeling each bean and refining it to a quiet smoothness. A blend of locally grown lima beans, finished with traditional technique, creates a pure, balanced, and quietly sweet taste with a clean finish.

Monaka – Tsubu An (Chunky Red Bean Paste)
Made with Upstate New York–grown azuki beans, preserving their natural texture.

Koshi An (Smooth White Bean Paste)
A silky-smooth paste, finely strained for a delicate finish.

Yokan (Jellied Bean Paste)
– Yellow: Yuzu and lemon blend
 White: Pure white bean paste

Kuri Kinton (Chestnut Paste)
– Roasted Upstate New York chestnuts blended into white bean paste
