This premier B2B platform unites the Michelin-starred culinary craft of Chef Hiroki Odo with the globally recognized beverage direction of Takuma Watanabe, Partner at Odo Hospitality and Beverage Director of Martiny’s.

While we are taking our expertise to new horizons, we haven’t forgotten our home in Manhattan. We are excited to share that the innovative cocktail programs born from the partnership between Takuma Watanabe and Odo Hospitality will arrive at our New York venues in the near future. Stay tuned for these world-class creations to debut across our "constellation" of concepts, including Odo Lounge, HALL, and THE GALLERY by Odo.
Inaugural Project: Nourish by The Roundtree
Our first collaboration under this new banner will be Nourish by The Roundtree in Bridgehampton, New York. This project features an East End-rooted bar program that utilizes locally foraged botanicals and produce from Hamptons farms, reflecting our commitment to cultural fluency and connection to place.
