2025 Mother’s Day event: “Odo Rose Cake”

This Mother’s Day, we’re excited to share “Odo Rose Cake”, a beautiful 4-inch cake by Chef Hiroki Odo and Pastry Director Yoshie Nakanishi. Inspired by the rose, it’s made with soft Japanese sponge cake, lychee cream, raspberry gelée, and fresh Driscoll’s strawberries, topped with rose-scented whipped cream.

Decorated with edible flowers, rose petals, pearl chocolate, and gold, Rose is available for pick-up at THE GALLERY by odo below:
