We are excited to announce a special collaboration event with Odo and IWA Sake on Tuesday, February 24th.  THE GALLERY by Odo will be  holding an intimate and exclusive dinner with Richard Geoffroy, Founder/Maker of IWA Sake and former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, celebrating the U.S. debut of IWA Assemblage 6 (2024).

Crafted through the philosophy of assemblage, IWA bridges the worlds of wine and sake - resonating deeply with wine lovers through its structure, depth, and seamless versatility across cuisines.

Join Richard Geoffroy at THE GALLERY by Odo for a curated tasting menu by Two-Michelin-Starred Chef Odo, paired with IWA’s multiple older releases, highlighting Assemblage 6’s unveiling in the U.S.
